After using a $100 coupon on a purchase of a Panasonic digital camera, the order was cancelled by Dell because Panasonic no longer had that model.
I called customer service to verify the cancellation and was told that the order was cancelled due to the above reason. I requested my coupon to be reinstated so I could purchase something else. I was told that the coupon was a one time use only, and customer service could not reinstate it.
How can this be, Dell cancels my order
And then cancels my coupon.
What a great way to discharge your
