I would like to document a criticism regarding my notebook bought 3/01/09. One-day prior to the twelve months guarantee was up my laptop failed. I talked to customer support THAT evening plus they explained my guarantee had terminated. Does not a-1 year guarantee imply twelve months or 365days? Evidently never to Entrance. I liked this notebook. It worked correctly until February 28th. I close it along about the 27th of February so when I experimented with transform it about the next day I obtained nothing! No lover, no engine, no lamps, nothing. I'm so dissatisfied in Entrance! Twelve months should mean twelve months!
