Verizon is ALL advertising WITH NO support!!! They've disconnected me twice, stopped my mail twice, removed my whole address book, and all for NO purpose.
The advertising/sales agents guarantee the moon, and also the support and customer support individuals refuse the guarantees were available. Nearly every customer support individual informs another account.
I had been informed when I changed to Verizon Fios for telephone and web, I'd get a unique bundle cost, an additional phone-line was just $10.95 per month. The corporation, in my opinion, invested a lot of on the wiring, and today can't help it. I'm completely frustrated and you will be changing back again to Comcast, that was usually quicker!
