I spent over six hours on tech support today, until my isp disconnected the computer. The poor guys name was something like Simmura. He had to have been working on more than just my computer on this session. I had to refix my computer. I had an awful day from it; sitting on this chair with M.S. And waiting and waiting and waiting. I had to get back on my computer after this session and beat my brains out to get rid of runtime errors and other problems. I am 52 and would rate this day as one of the worst 100 days of my life. I am on my fourth HP and was disappointed in the tech support that I used today. I never used the tech support on line as I heard they were awful. Now I know. Yes, it was awful. HP folks I have been a loyal customer since my first computer. I didn't like this. I will be nice enough to let you know not to send your products to be sold at Walmart, or at least some of them. This HP is the only one I ever bought at Walmart. Here is why not to buy one at Walmart. I watched them unload a truck here and they threw the computer boxes on the floor from the truck instead of walking them down. Geez. I had to send this one back, have the hard drive replaced and the ram reseated and it was less than six months old. Come on. Bad! I take good care of my computers. Let the buyer beware. HP may have its issues, but stick to the electronic stores if the Walmart near you doesn't give a flip how they treat their merchandise. My 2 cents.
