It was the toughest organization I've ever delt with. I requested a higher end gaming computer on 1/31/09 that price $1831 and there management functions as if you owe them anything if you find an issue.
I received my computer on 2/7/09 and it was useless from the container. Magic Micro stated it had been broken in delivery however the presentation it arrived in was in excellent form. And so I delivered my Computer back on the wednesday and received a brand new computer on friday. It kicked up just good nevertheless when trying to do something actually simply the fundamental score of the pc put landscape it'd secure or restart randomly. Therefore after another 14 days of calling there assistance and attempting to determine the issue I got frustrated and delivered the computer back to get a return. I believe after 3 months I ought to have experienced a functional pc.
Then when I requested the RMA we received a mail saying we'd have our reimbursement in 1-2 times which there's A - 15% restocking charge for NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS. Therefore after 3 times of not receiving my reimbursement I approached them-and they inform me that I have to purchase the windows vista which was with my computer since the label that's the merchandise rule and UPC code was cut. And it was my 2-year old got ahold of it. And so I accept purchase it plus they inform me its likely to be another 3 times for my reimbursement since there still screening my computer for flaws. So that they declare 1-2 days inside mail and today its likely to be 6 times. And so I let them know I'm calling the BBB trigger that's insane. Then they become extremely rude. And among a number of other factor inform me that there getting me the 15% restocking charge for threating them. After battling together to get a small amount of time they decided to return the cash entirely without the windows. But I didn't receive the reimbursement for another 4 days and didnt receive my windows drive for 8 times.
When you have previously created the error of working with these folks I'm sorry, don't offer with Max he's the toughest I delt with. Steven was good to keep in touch with he's a technology man but never determined the issue and so I cant claim if he's worthwhile.
I'm currently creating my own personal Computer. Want I'd have eliminated this path to start but I needed to assist out an area business and so I wouldnt have the complications. But with this specific organization you receive only complications. PS I created my very own same computer with components from newegg for 500 dollar cheaper than micro was carrying it out also it works.
