I also bought a computer from united micro, I arrived OK but when unpacked I noticed the mouse was missing, I called customer service, they requested me to return the computer, for which I said no send my mouse, Im not spending 30 or 40 dollars to ship a computer so you can add a mouse to the box.
They did respond with a mouse in quick order. Then I pluged the computer in and every thing looked good till I tried to regester My copy of of micro softs XP on line, the modem dont and wont work. This computer was supposed to have been burned in and working when shipped by the add and the sales person Felix. Now when I call and leave a message because the customer service is backed up I cant get them to return a call,
I suggest you only buy a computer from a company you walk in the front door and see people face to face, so if you have a problem you have a place to go for service and repair.
