Billed Twice for 3 years? - Customer Service and Billing

Is there no telephone number to talk with a live person? I bought the magic jack over a year ago using the e-mail address [email protected]. I did not try to activate it until today. I bought 3 years at that time (over a year ago). When I tried to put in that e-mail address, it said that e-mail address was already used and would not let me enter it, so I entered my work e-mail address. Now, I am expected to pay the $59.95 again because the magic jack is registered to a different e-mail address. Help, I do not want to pay again. Any suggestions on how we can rectify this?
