I bought an HP Pavilion 14 Sleekbook in March. From the start, I had trouble with the cursor jumping to another sentence or another paragraph as I typed.in addition, the page I was in would sometimes disappear, and suddenly I'd be in another page. And the keypad was difficult to type on — hard to press. (I was also totally lost with Windows 8, but that's another issue). I phoned HP support numerous times. I was told during the summer to take it to the lab for a look, but didn't have time until November. Then, the lab claimed that I had spilled a liquid on the keyboard, that the problem was my fault, and that I had to pay for a new keyboard, despite the fact that it was under warranty. The computer had these problems from the start. If any liquid was spilled, the spilling occurred at the factory or at some stage before the computer was purchased.in the end I paid for a new keyboard because I had no other choice. It's easier to type on the new keyboard, but the cursor still sometimes jumps to another place while I'm typing, and the page I'm on still sometimes disappears and becomes another page.
