I have been paying $40 a month towards a Dell desktop that I purchased in 2010; this amount has been coming out of my checking account each month. Now, I owe only $27. I called Dell yesterday attempting to pay the balance on my account and get the automatic withdrawal stopped. I was transferred several times, placed on hold for 20 minutes, and then disconnected! I was so frustrated that I had to calm down and wait until today to call back. I was on the phone with them for 45 minutes, transferred four times, and never did get anyone who could assist me. I did, however, get three direct numbers to the billing department: 800-822-8965,800-624-9897, and 800-283-2210. I finally hung up due to the frustration and aggravation. Prior to hanging up, I asked if there was an email that I could send my request to and was informed that there was not. Honestly, I do not think I have ever been so frustrated in dealing with a company in my life. Someone else will be getting my business next time around.
