Pc Safety Plus - Dell
Ripoff

I found this charge on my Dell preferred account billing. I called the number associated with the charge serveral times, to request information and cancelation of this program.

I have no favoriable responce to my request for a refund. I continued to be charged $9.99 a month.

I contacted Dell Customer Serivce and was refered to above phone number. Dell notified me a charge was made on my account by a third party on 7/27/05.

Today I again contacted Dell Customer Service 1-800-283-2210 I explained the problem to Stacy at Customer Service, who consulted with a supervisor, she return to the phone and told me to call, 877-630-1183, I advised her this is the number I have been calling and her only advise was to call them again.

So far I have had no luck with any customer service.
