Dell has the world's most rotten customer service and anyone who buys a Dell deserves what they will get!!! Business Week got it right earlier this year when they reported that Dell had the worst customer service of any company in the United States
Sorry for stealing some of your line but it accruals describes this pitiful company customer service. Anyway i bought my lap top about 6 mon. Ago a Inspiron 1520 with all the bells and whistle, the mother board went up in it and after end less hours on the phone, they finally send a tech. Man to my house to fix it. You could tell he was subcontractor for Dell. When he finish the motherboard he said Dell would not pay him to install all of the programs that came with the computer i would have to call Dell myself.
For 4 days and nights i call and they would tell me that they were in a meeting for the next hour to call back later. Well i guess i need to get ahold of the New York State Attorney General Office. I also own a Dell Dimension E521 desktop.in the last 2yrs i spent around $4500.00 in Dell equipment and i have to deal with this bull, NO MORE!!!
