I've been an Apple user for several years now and I'm so glad I made the switch. My Apple MacBook Pro has been a complete pleasure. I used to have a Windows based laptop and I was always worried about viruses, breakdowns, etc. It seemed like doing anything on my old computer required a Computer Science degree. So, I'm happy to report that my MacBook has been easy to use and intuitive since Day 1.
Also, I've gone to the Apple store to their Genius Bar and has issues fixed and questions answered - and this is long past the warranty expiring. I think that's just great customer service.
If you're on the fence about what kind of laptop to buy, I have to highly recommend Apple and their products!
