I gave t-mobile 19.99 for a battery replacement and they never placed the order and took the shipping&handling and put i towards my bill that i had just paid, instead of refunding my money back to me

Cell Phone Service, (or lack thereof They added $4.97 to my bill on 12-29-10 and then shut off my service! My December bill was PAID on 12-8-10! Not in Missouri
