Ignorant and rude are two words to describe the staff. They learn from the management - Randy the manager 908-531-6623- a complete idiot. Dropped off a comforter, I should have know better since I have brought clothes there previously and they have come back stained but I was late for work and did not take the time to go to a professional cleaners. To make a long story short - I paid my $24.50 in advance to have the comforter cleaned and of course they lost it for over a month. Randy who has no customer service skills what so ever, tried to come off like some kind of hero because he went to the "plant" to find the comforter. Of course despite me telling them that my cell # was incorrect in the system and I personally gave my # to that idiot manager he told me he couldn't reach me -yes did I say idiot - you have the wrong number! Again to make a long terrible story short, he finally finds my comforter and surprise - they totaled BLEACHED the color out of it!!! Now it no longer matches the rest of the set, shams, bed ruffle, sheets. What does IDIOT Randy do to appease me - he puts me on the phone with another colossal IDIOT Mike - you guessed it the manager at the "plant" why should I, the customer now talk to another idiot who is trying to convince me that my comforter was not lost for a month it was at the "plant" without a receipt on it. Need I go further - at that point trying to explain to this moron that they bleached all the color out of my comforter was like trying to talk to a you guessed it COLOSSAL IDIOT!!! When I asked Randy for his boss's name and number - he would not give me a name or number - These are dishonest, incompetent people who take your belongings and your money, provide horrendous service and than treat you rudely. I am now on a mission to file a complaint with every possible agency I can find —they damaged my comforter so I can no longer use the entire set - treated me poorly and refused to help me. Let everyone you know about this horrible, horrible business they need to leave Bayonne and apologize to everyone they mistreated.
