I requested (2 purchases) from JC Penney online. Your day that I received notice that my purchases were prepared to get may be the same-day the mall JC Penney is situated had a fireplace (Westfield Galleria Mall, Roseville, CA). JCP sadly had fire injury and several shops were shut.

I called the 1-800 list amount 24 hours later to determine the things they were performing with purchases. They did not actually learn about a fireplace, and quit me on-hold while they named around to locate anything out.
