Badger Basket Cherry Elite Oval Bassinet
Sears duplicated my order and can't get a refund

On Sunday, 11/7/10, I called the Sears 800 number to place an order for a bassinet. I told the Sears representative. That I needed the bassinet that week, over time to get a baby shower celebration on Sat. 11/13th. I had been informed it may be sent to me by Thursday. The repetition. (#13447) required all of the required info including my creditcardnumber. She offered me a confirmation # 177890118 and started studying the purchase back again to me for verification. Nevertheless, she mentioned the shipping day could be Friday 11/17/10. I informed her "Number, don't spot the purchase, when I told you, I required the bassinet by 11/13th. The repetition. Mentioned that she couldn't stop the purchase. I turned really annoyed and informed her so. The repetition. Set me on-hold for some moments. She returned about the point, explained that she might alter the standard shipping to fast delivery, which may be considered a $36.00 cost rather than the regular shipping price of $13.30. The repetition. Subsequently reread the purchase in my experience and mentioned that shipping could be within two times. I inquired when the purchase had a verification quantity and he or she stated "yes." I stated "can I contain it?" The repetition. Explained the confirmation number was # 177890206. I asked the repetition. Why the figures were unique. The repetition. Mentioned the confirmation number was changed since the delivery info have been transformed. I thanked her and finished the phone call. A couple of minutes later and since I had been currently online, I examined my mail and that I noticed that I'd two communications from Sears. Each Sears' e-mail thanked me for my purchases. To my terror, it seemed the repetition. Had copied the orders. I instantly went online to my banking account and unearthed that Sears had withdrew both quantities; $179.23 and $201.29 to get a whole of $380.52. I almost had a coronary attack after I noticed the withdrawal orders. I immediatley returned to my mail wishing and praying I'd have one more mail saying the first-order was terminated. I easily exposed the e-mail but to my shock, I came across the e-mail requesting me for feedback about the support that Sears representative. # 13447 had given me. Obviously, I replied by declaring that Sears hadn't correctly educated their repetitions. Then I started the countless number of calling the Sears Customer Support range 800-349-4358. I had been informed that Sears can't stop purchases after they are positioned. I discussed that I'd not positioned two purchases which Sears had created the error. The whole experience occurred throughout a simple mobile call. The client support representatives, explained that equally bassinets had been already delivered. Quite simply, inside a amount of one-hour and on the Saturday, Sears had delivered equally purchases? I believe not. One-rep. Explained that I'd need to consult with a boss, that we did but to no avail. I had been informed they might personally stop the purchase and that I could be returned the cash within 48 hours. That did not occur. I called Sears again. Later that same-day, the very first bassinet came. 24 hours later, I named Sears again. The repetition. Explained to that she was having a "scenario supervisor" handle and expide my issue and my lender might have my reimbursement within 24 hours. That did not occur. 24 hours later I named again, the repetition. Explained to "decline" the 2nd bassinet, or I really could take it and go to some regional Sears and get a return. I discussed the packaging fall within the first-order mentioned "DoN't return product for your local Sears store." and that I included that I'd no revenue bill whilst the packaging slip had no notation of price. Throughout the next fourteen days I had been informed every possible reason possible. The 2nd purchase was declined by me and delivered to Sears over per week. I would include, the second-order came over time for that babyshower, which designed the expidited delivery was a complete waste. I survive a fixed-income. The $179.23 that Sears required from my banking account left me with $34.00 to last me before to begin Dec. That's a period body of nearly a month, and in the place of having $50.00 a week for goods, I've just $8.00 per week. For many years, Sears was the main spot to store; trusted, trusted, truthful and consumer-oriented. That's all improved. They've highspeed computers but no "stop" key on the computers. Main point here is the fact that Sears no further cares about you, your purchases or your issues. No two Sears repetitions provides you with exactly the same info. They'll withdraw their costs from your own lender or charge card within minutes. But, it'll consider you months to get a return. I'll never, under any conditions, actually store or buy something from Sears again. It has been a fantastic headache that I can't conscious.
