At 0903 on Dec 22 I named customer support and talked with Patrick who had been rude and cynical when talking with me. He put me on-hold numerous occasions in a phone that survived est. Half an hour. After requesting him about my purchase he put me on-hold, when he returned he explained he'd to keep in touch with his repetition and explained that my purchase was terminated. I expected for his title when I was delivering a follow-up mail. Patrick set me on-hold again and following a couple of minutes returned and explained that I had been delivered an email about the 17th~

I never obtained that email or I'd not need delivered this unique email and named to check out up.
