Positioned on Internet purchase on 12/01/07, obtained a car-response mail declaring purchase might deliver within 1-2 business days, that was unusual as internet mentioned 3-5 days since I have applied free delivery choice. Named after 2 times, first-person explained that due to how I requested (free delivery). That shipping could be 7-10 business days, did not have paperwork before me at period of phone, but examine it after and discovered the 3-4 days, called back and just obtained reaction having said that I'd enter Fridays (5 days). After I named on Friday, to obtain following number since purchase didn't appear, first-person offered me my purchase number like a FedEx tracking range, I subsequently requested for him to put on while I examined it, so when I stated it wasn't legitimate, he explained he'd move me towards the delivery department, but go to hung-up on me. Named back, then was informed that number the order didn't deliver, plus they had no ideal when it'd and believed that many probably among the products were on backorder, plus they just delivered total purchases. Additionally they educated me they might not contact delivery to obtain more info. About the 13th delivered a email for their we e-mail, requesting shipping position, providing them with 2 business days to react. First react stated purchase delivered and offered me following range, however it was to get a next telephone I requested since I have found by myself the sold-out product was the vehicle charger, and chose to attempt the telephone anyhow. I respond back they offered me info on the incorrect purchase, they responded back again to contact them. I named and was again informed that the object was sold-out, plus they didn't possess a delivery time. I subsequently requested to stop the purchase, and was nicely informed that I really could not. Resources continue to be on-hold in my own PayPal account, being that they are just impending, and PayPal cannot take them off, just Virgin Mobile can until thirty days. Main point here, no purchase, no resources, no guaranteed shipping day. Delivered emails for their public relations department, and out-of 4 e-mail, not really a car-response. Toughest customer support I've ever seen. Watch out for purchasing on the web site.
