This location has got the toughest customer support actually! I went directly into Neimans to buy a Chanel carrier, the bag was problematic and so I chose to return it. It has been per week and that I still don't have any update on my reimbursement, administration is definitely easily down for that trip to 10am each morning, of hectic right now
That will be all-day long. Whenever you invest $3,500 on the purchse, the final point you would like will be handled like garbage and never understanding where your $3,500 reimbursement is. I'll never store at neimans again.
