The local Sheriff's Deputy arrived at our family farm - indicating a warrent was possible for an alledged receipt of a ring from Neiman's Jewelry. While we had "won" am E-Bay Auction on one ring in early April and received same, we had not ordered anything else, nor did we receive a second shipment.
To eliminate any further problems I offered to just pay for the "lost" ring and Neiman's did charge me for the ring. There was no offer of apology, nor any attempt to accept the error on their part.
I will never deal with them again and recommend that others do not deal with them.
After this incident, had the ring I originally purchased appraised and it appraised for less than I paid, definitely not the inflated appraisal price included with the ring.
