I have recently purchased three items from your online store NEIMANS JEWELRY, of which I have a tree problem.

1) the first Problem: I Never RECEIVED My Item Ebay Item # 260229765884. They sent me invoice of the item, the USGL card and an empty ringbox. (the item cost $691)

2) the Second Problem: I Never RECEIVED My Item bought from Amazon.com (Invoice # 4155194 Item: Vintage 7.50 ct Sapphire & Diamond Ring 14kt Gold CERT & Cost $480.99) they send my another item ($176)
because is not avalable in there stock

3) the third Problem: Ebay Item number: 280218426328 the Rings, Diamonds, Sapphires are not as specified very bad cality...

Very bad communication with the the customer service...
