TINA jewelry aka topgem jewelry NOW aka Neimans jewelry is a big internet scam!!! I purchased some earings approximately in August. Never receved goods. I called company several times no response.
Money was paid via paypal. I got paypal and Alibaba involved they did their investigation but to no avail. Paypal never got a response however alibaba did get a response and they promised to send the goods - still nothing. I have sent them several emails no response.
I finally got through to somene by the name of Penny who denied at first that they had anything to do with Tina jewelry but when she realized that i caught her in her lies! She said she would investigate and get back to me later that day or the next day. It's been three weeks since i spoke with her. No calls. Please note that Neimas is still using the exact same website as Tina Jewelry! They are scammers who keeep changing their name... I am making a report to the Fbi and i am keeping my eyes on you Rouges, scammers, thieves...
