Complaint / review text:
Last February of this year I bought several items from this clothing store online. I received the item. One of the item is too big and I returned the item at my own expense. I've contacting them regarding the refund since. They recognized that they received the items; They promised that they will refund the amount through credit card. I paid it by paypal account. It was taken from my credit card. Until now I still didnt received any refund at all. I've been telling them about my filling the complaint. Thanks in advance.
