I bought something from Pinupgirlclothing.com in October. A couple of weeks go by and I never receive a thing from them. So, i send them an email inquiring about my order. Pinupgirlclothing.com told me that no one was home to sign for the package and so it was returned back to them and I now have a store credit of $268. FYI, i never received a notice that a package was attempted to be deliver'd to me and when i order'd the item, no where on my receipt did it say that i had to be home to receive the package.
Boy was I mad! $268 is a lot of money and i did not want a store credit. I told them that no where on the email that i received did it say that i had to be home to sign for the package. If i would have know that I had to be home, i would of had the items shipped to my work address. I told them that I never signed or received the items. They basically said, "Oh Well to bad". They said that there policy is that the item has to be returned to them within 14 days to get a full refund... Etc. Etc. Etc. Even if i didn't receive the package etc. Etc. Etc... Bad Policy and HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE customer service. Whatever, I let it slide.
So, this past week i placed another order with them (And after TODAY, I WILL NEVER, EVER DO BUISNESS WITH THEM AGAIN.) In my last order I spent $372.00 and i had the items deliver'd to my work address. I returned to them $103 worth of stuff that i order'd. And i returned it to them within 3 days. Well, i got an email from them stating that they will not refund me my money and i now have a store credit of $103. They haven't told me why they won't refund me my money. I emailed them that i want a full refund and not a store credit. Of coarse i haven't heard from them. So, i went to my credit card company and filed a complaint and not to pay them. So, my credit card company is not going to pay them. THANK GOD FOR CREDIT CARD COMPANY'S to come save the day!
Pinupgirlclothing.com does not care about their customers, all they want is your MONEY. Do Not Do Buisness With Them. If you like an item on their site, just copy the name of the item, paste it into google.com and you will find a ton of other online shops that sell that exact same item.
