Never got my merchandise purchases

I'm highly upset at the fact that my 12.97 has been taken form me, I ordered months ago wrote emails to complain. and now when I try to access their website it doesn't pop up. ive been scammed and I'm highly pissed about this. ive waited for months for my items never got a refund or anything I need for someone to contact me or for the police to find this "Johnny tree" and arrest him for fraud
