I ordered one item Blue magician sylk for £3.00, in October on line. The item was received.
The following month I noticed a charge to my credit card 12/12 by the same company for £62. Three weeks later another product was received. I still have the unopened item, as I do not intend to use it, as I did not order it. I contacted the company approximately three weeks ago asking them for their address so that I could return the item and have a full refund. I was informed that I cannot have a refund, or return the product unless I received two more products from them. This information WAS NOT GIVEN when I made my original purchase. The lady I spoke to assured me that there would be no more debits to my credit card.
To my suprise my account was debited by another £62.00 on the 2/12. I have not received any further items, but more importantly I did not order the items.
I wish to make a formal complaint.
