Failed to receive Products and no refund

N late November Contact the Seller three times, advised two items missing and we wish cancel rest of the order, requested a refundWe spoke to a lady in early December, stated a refund would be issued as they don't have items in stock and due to delay, shipping would be refunded as well to our Paypal account. As of Dec 31 their website show everything was shipped but only one item received in late November.
