No Reservations

I prepaid for 10 hotel rooms at the Hilton Garden Uptown, Charlotte, NC and no hotel reservations have been made at this hotel in my or my companies names. I had already booked rooms thru the Charlotte Housing bureau for the Hampton Inn and when Tyler called, he had all of the details of my existing reservations which makes me think they have hacked the Charlotte Housing bureau data base.
