No reservations for Windpower in Dallas

I was contacted by Kevin Crowell who represented IEA as the official booking agent for Windpower May 23-26 in Dallas. I booked 6 rooms with him and referred others to him. When I had not heard form them to add names to the reservations I started calling last week. Our corporate Am Ex card was charged $1147 in February but the Westin Hotel has no record of my reservations. We are left roomless, the city is booked solid. IEA does not return calls or emails.
