Placed an order with the company, waited for the order, logged onto their website and found out that they had sent the order to someone else's address, called their customer service and was informed that the shipping number may be wrong, so it was to take them 24-48 hours to get the correct shipping number, made no sense to me, I didn't get the product they shipped so what was the reason to get the "correct" shipping number.
Five days later no call from them, I called customer service again, got the same story, waiting on the "correct" shipping number. Told them to cancel my order and send me a refund, can you believe I got the same story, need to get the "correct" shipping number. DO not order from them, they will frustrate you, not refund your money, not send you a replacement part, and to top it off you will be talking to a phone bank in INDIA!!! This has got to be by far the worst company to order anything from, it boders on a total scam, i don't believe they even had the product.
