After watching a TV commercial about Flex Seal I went to their website to order one can, then the info says get a 2nd can for the cost of shipping.
After entering my debit card info with wrong billing info I tried going back to correct it, NO CAN DO. So I proceeded forwared expecting a total for Product & Shipping to Confirm Order or to Cancel, NO CAN DO again. The order was placed with wrong info for $51.67, my bank charge is $53.36 I did not agree to $51.67 not paying $53.36.
I have ordered plenty of products Online with every single website having a confirmation page to review agree & order. This company IS DECEPTIVE. I sent 2 Emails to CANCEL they responded to one saying they cannot cancel via email "call customer service" I called "customer service" and she said "I cannot cancel" HUH?
I told her I DO NOT WANT the product & I will call my bank to stop the debit. I do not know if the product is good or not & I will never find out, the order will be refused at the door. If Flex Seal ever makes it to a store I may try it, why should I pay $23.39 in shipping & handling for 2 cans of anything? That is insane.
