I agree this is a ripoff. I ordered a free trial offer and a product for $19.95 Plus shipping of 5.95 I was charged subtotal of $39.80 plus 12.90 shipping coming to $52.80. One product for $19.95 and shipping does not equal $52.95. Extra $20.00 somewhere. This was after I gave my credit card and then a screen thanking me for my order with this total. Nothing asking me confirm or cancel order. Of course it was Sunday and they are closed. So I called on Monday and asked to cancel order. Rep was very nice and checked my account he said I had ordered 2 trial offers and the 19.95 product but that still didnt come to the 52.95. I told im wished to cancel order he said he would correct the order and fix the charge I said no cancel which he finally heard. But he said I would have to send product back as it had all ready been shipped. Then he said I could get just the trial offer which was for 14 days after which I would pay $99.00 Nothing I saw in add said anything about additonal $99.00.
I said no cancel everything. I am waiting for my return. You know it takes 7-14 days to get a refund but they can take it right away. I am tried of getting ripped off. I am glad there is this forum for reporting tese companies.
So glad i found you the next time I am temted to order something over the internet i will check them out here first. Thanks
