I bought a used car from Metro Dodge in Snellville, Ga. I got a call from a female saying I was pre quallifed for a loan on a car and wanted to know when I could come in and pick up my new car. Needing a new car and I still owed for my car I thought it was worth the hour drive there. When I got to the dealership I was mobed by what you might call salesmen. They looked like they were from the hood.
I told them I had an appointment with a man name Dana Tibido. They said he was busy and they would help me I had to chose a salesman. Well that was the first mistake. I chose a salesman name Eugene Brown. What a joke. He said that I qualifed for what car he picked for me for my credit wasn't that good. He kept leaving the desk we were at and talking on the phone, smoking and making smart remarks how good he is at selling cars.
By now we had been there for 3 hours. They appraised my car and gave me figures. I told them I had to be at a certain payment and they said finance will do that for me.
When we got into finance we met a oversized finance man name Jerry, that looked like he had just eaten because he had sause on his face. His office smeeled to. He put our payments where we wanted them and said we need to put down $3000.00 with out trade. We gave him $1500.00 down and payments were still the same if we put $3000.00 down. It had to be cash to make this work.
We left and a week later we had to go back and sign more papers and our payment went up $50.00 more a month. I said I wanted my car back and get out of the deal. They said we could not back out the deal for it was done. We left mad.
Well it has been over three months and we haven't had our trade in paid off. The place I had my trade in finance has called my job, sent letters and now it is on my credit report as a late pay. I told them I traded the car to Metro dodge three months ago and they said I was responsible to pay the car.
I contacted James Jones at Metro dodge and he want call me. I was told to talk to a Julie and all I get I a answer machine. I have got a drive out tag three times I can't get a real tag because the car I bought is in someone elses name and Metro Dodge has not paid it of to. I have been there alot and have had no help on this matter. I have been told there was more people in this shape.
A salesperson name William that gives me the tag thinks it is a joke. I have asked him to help me and he said he can do nothing what a joke for a salesman. The stole my money. They have sold my trade in, God knows who has it. I am responible if some one has a wreck.
I have a little money to get a lawyer but I seems I have to get one to solve this.
Don't go to Metro Dodge unless you want to get taken for a ride that you will reget. I wish I had not answered the phone.
Dana Tibido, William, Eugene, Jerry and James Jones are thieves they ruin what was left of my credit and my name.
