I traded in my 2003 chevrolet cavalier to metro dodge back in june. I traded it in on a 2004 dodge intrepid. I had the car six days when they told me my payments couldnt exceed 537.00 a month. I then asked for my car back when they told me that they had already sold it. They then stuck me with a 2004 dodge stratus at a apr of 19.9%. Then they never paid my loan off at nuvell financial corp on my cavalier. Then they tried to cancel my service contract with ge. They made false statements saying my deal on the dodge stratus had fell through. I spoke with james jones about my payoff numerous times, in which he promised to pay the loan. He never paid off the loan as promised.
I recieved a letter from nuvell financial with a court date where im being sued for 14,300 dollars that i owed on the cavalier i traded to metro dodge. I recently spoke to a mr. Bud in the mamgers office at metro dodge when he informed me that metro dodge didnt have the money to pay off the loan. What can i do to resolve the problem im having?
