I have decided to make it my personal mission to tell anyone and everyone that will listen about the unprofessional staff member at this Ford location. A few weeks ago I was sitting in the service department waiting room while my husband spoke with a salesman about the possibility of a new vehicle for our family.
Then such awful words came from the showroom out front. Seems as though the employee at this location forgot about customers. I heard such language that not even a man would say. I wish I could call names of employees but we have not been to this location before so I knew no one. I do however know this particular individual was a woman. And I don't know how she could speak to anyone in the manner that she chose to. Either it was another employee or a customer. But either way no one should be spoke to the way this woman was speaking.
I at that moment decided that if this ford location was going to allow such behavior from an employee we would not be doing any business here. How foul of this woman.
Like I said before I will tell everyone I know not to visit this location because of this woman alone. Spreading the word will let others know how horrible of a employee this location supports by giving her a job. With our countries unemployment rate. There are many more deserving people that would treat customers spending thousands of dollars better than this woman. And again if she disrespects her coworkers. No better! Join me and do not do business with PIONEER FORD IN BREMEN GA. Demand they make their employees respect their jobs, coworkers and customers better than I saw in this day.
