These people are liars. It took three days to replace a computer module in my Pontiac. I was told this was a dealer only item, it was not, The price kept accelerating as they days increased, and I was left with little option but to pay due to the fact I had lost two days from work for lack of transportation. I have the car back now, but hopefully it will work.
Inconvenience, price acceleration. Lack of expertise on the part of the mechanic as It had to be subcontracted out to the dealer to be flashed. I could have had this job done at the dealers for $703 more and in half the time...
Obviously not a company that has all the skills and parts contacts you need for your repairs.
