I purchased a new GTO from Tustin Pontiac. After having numerous problems with the car and being lied to by their service dept. I was then refused service because they felt they'd never make me happy. On the last trip to the Tustin Pontiac dealer, I was called back several hours later to pick up the car. Their reason was that they no longer felt like working on my vehicle. I left with a fresh dent in my hood that was not there when I dropped off. With less then 1000 miles on the car and a break down on the freeway. I'm certain that this is the start of many trips to the mechanic for a lemon of a vehicle. I'm not a perfectionist by any stretch but there lack of customer service is baffling. I only tried to get my new car fixed and Tustin Pontiac has done nothing to help in fact my car has received more damaged by being there.
