We have owned our 2000 Pontiac Bonneville over 2 years. During that time we have had a new heater, computer, and steering mechanism. The trunk leaks all over the contents after being fixed three times. The power steering left us on the highway because a clamp was never installed. We are told this could have caused a fire.
Now the light on the radio is non-operable and we are told it will cost 850.00 to replace the entire radio. We have refused to pay this. This new car has been a headache and we worry about the next problem.
We had hoped that the dealer would call upon the Pontiac Division to help us, but this has not happened.
