Tires defective

I bought 4 toyo open region wheels for my toyota tundra in march. Of the trip was horrible right from the start. I created numerous journeys back again to ridgeline tire, to fix the issue, they'd not do something. Three years later the tires are dryrotting and breaking, and also have used down so fast. I just have 38k miles in it, there designed to possess a 5yr. 60k warranty. I approached Toyo many times, they don't do something about this. Where's the ethics of those companies. They create thousands, but can't look after the small individual.
