STS Tires
Bad workmanship and not honoring warranties on Tires

I bought 4 Toyo tires and got repair work done at STS service in East Windsor NJ. I was not keen on buying these tires. They sold me these tires with a warranty of 50000 miles stating that STS will stand by the warranties.

Later also I went to the shop for further work. They spoiled my audio system and I got stuck with that. They called it coincidence and did nothing to repair. After that I stopped going to them.

I observed a bump on the tire after 34000 miles. I went to them asking for a replacement tire and the service manager essentially told me that they will not replace the tire. He was very argumentative and discourteous.

I have advised my friends and colleagues to not to visit STS. It is safe to stay away from these guys.
