I gave $5, ooo. 0o down, and a ($14,6000) 1998 nissan trade-in vehicle, for a 8.9% apr loan on a new 2000 ranger, (8-20).
They paid off and sold my trade-in. They cashed my check, they called 3 weeks later and said the loan failed, and i must go to the dealer pay the first payment 3 weeks early, and sign a new contract, i refused, they sent someone to my home the next day, with new contracts with a 9.25% apr, and all documents were dated three weeks earlier, (8-20) as if the first loan with (columbia credit union) contract never exisited? L0l.
I signed a new ford contract, but when i pulled out my buyers copy, there were no dates? So i dated everything 9-14 and returned them to the dealer, well i found out a year later.
They licensed the ranger as (columbia credit union) as the legal owner, 4 days after i signed (the ford motor credit) contract?
Lol, later on the (9-25) i recieved a credit rejection from ford and on 9-27-00 i returned the keys and truck to the dealer.
At no time did they return or offer to return my $5000.00 dollars my trade-in 1998 nissan truck, or my paper work.
Well, i never recieved license plates, they said they had been in the mail for the last ten days, they put the fmc loan in the computer systen on the due date 0ct 4 & sent me the payment coupons on 10-6 two days late?
And 9 days after i returned thier truck, they sent me the registration 57 days after i took the truck from the lot, and 3 weeks after i returned it, so they could repo it, and now are sueing me for $10,000.00 residual, after they ruined
My credit reports, kept my $5,000.00, my trade-in (1998 nissan), and thier truck! Lol???
Now i have contacted every agency on this earth and no-one will help so i have taken the dealer to small claims court, for a $4,000, refund, and counter sued ford credit for $19,600.00, for my truck trade-in and the downpayment, they stole, by the way ford credit sent the contract to the court, saying i owe them 10,000 dollars, and removed the date off the top of thier fmc contract, and only left the date 9-14-00 i signed next to my name, on that day at my home, of all places? Good try ford, forgery, and trickery are sorry business parctices, wish me luck, my 2 court dates have not happened yet, i hope ford credit / vancouver ford choke on this one!!!
P.S. I did send a copy of the original contract to the court to show both dates, the date i signed and the date they say i was
approved?
Ha ha i also have a letter from ford saying my contract dates were corrected, by ford credit, after they went to the lender, because they did an ivestigation and noticed the contract dates were incorrect,???
