On March 28th I ordered flowers for my Mom for her birthday. Her birthday was on March the 29th, the company clearly stated that they would be delivered on that day. However must to my disappointment the flowers never came. I was very upset that I was unable to give my mom gift on her Birthday. The next day all their rep could do is blame the local florist and offer a 20% discount. So I cancelled the order and I am still waiting on my refund. So if you ever need a dependable company do not use Blooms Today!
