Unfortunately I discovered this website a bit late. I rented a van to for moving houses on 29/7, and as usual they took the money and deposit straight away. After I returned the van, without any scratch, they told me that full deposit will be paid back within ten days. Now ore than a month later, I have emailed them many times and called on 08xx almost everyday, and the response is the that money will be in my account tomorrow, and so on.
Recommendation: never use this company.
Any advice to get the money back and stop further victims.
