I made a booking in May for the hire of a minibus in July. They immediately took full payment for the hire from my Credit Card and a further 500GBP deposit. I wasn't impressed with that, but let it slide at the time.
Anyway, fast forward to approximately 6 weeks following the return of the minibus (in perfect condition) and I am still yet to receive the refund of the deposit.
I have made three separate phone calls to them and on each occasion was told that the refund would be returned the following day. I am yet to receive any money from them.
I have also sent them 4 emails requesting the refund both via their online form and the info@ email address and have not once received a response.
My next step will have to be a formal letter of intent (sent via recorded delivery) to proceed via legal process.
This is a real shame as the actual service provided was top-notch in this case. The van turned up on time, in good condition and was efficiently collected.
I only wish I had checked online prior to booking as their name is officially mud and having seen the hundreds of complaints (largely concerning the same thing) all over the net, I would NEVER have booked with them.
