I am extremely disgusted with the customer service I have been provided by A1 National Van Hire. I hired a minibus at the beginning of August for a weekend, which was fully paid for in February. It took over a month, after me doing the chasing, for my £500 deposit to be returned and now I have been charged fraudulently again for the whole booking - nearly £1000!!! I was told the refund had been processed and to expect it in my acocunt after 5 working days, which was yesterday; there is no sign of it!!! I need my money back now or I will get other organisation involved to reclaim it. Then you must destroy all details you have for me.
