Over and over — at least eight deliveries in the past three months the agent lists delivery exception and says that the business is closed, when it is not. I have to drive several miles to pick it up before it gets returned. When I complain, I am told that the shipper is the only one with protection or recourse. I truly will not ever use Fed Ex to ship and will tell everyone I know to not use it. Dishonesty really irks me. Rudeness on top of that makes it so much the worse.
