I and my family have been home all day. The delivery never came. We left the garage open to make sure they would leave the package in case they tried to say we we not here. I got worred at 4:30 after no package arrived. I called the 1-800 number. They customer service guy said there was no answer on the phone at the local FedEx office. He said they probably went home early.
I am very very very angry! I even have a waiver for you to leave packages! I am very angry we cannot even call a local FedEX office to ask if we can even go drive and pick up a package you refuse to deliver! The driver never left a note if he came, no note! Nowhere! He was not here! I only found out they did this because I looked at the online status! There was no note or tag left on or at my house! House! Not apartment! Not a business! A house! Your customer service contact is horrible, you make it impossibe to contact you!
