My family and I were home all day, and the delivery never came. We left the garage open to make sure they would leave the package in case they tried to say we were not here. I got worried at 4:30 after no package arrived, so I called the 1-800 number. The customer service representative said there was no answer on the phone at the local FedEx office and that they had probably gone home early.
I am very, very angry! I even have a waiver allowing you to leave packages. I am also angry that we cannot even call the local FedEx office to ask whether we can drive over and pick up a package you refuse to deliver. The driver never left a note if he came. No note, nowhere! He was not here. I only found out about this because I looked at the online status. There was no note or tag left on or at my house. House! Not an apartment, not a business, a house! Your customer service is horrible, and you make it impossible to contact you.
I want my package now! I hate being lied to. FedEx is horrible, and I am very sorry for anyone who buys from sellers that use you.
