FedEx has demonstrated over the past several months a practice and pattern of lying and making delivery customers drive several miles to their truck warehouse to pick up deliveries that they were paid to deliver. I have had several deliveries to my business (a major downtown church) say that the business was closed (we were not; my secretary, custodian, pastor, others were all there) and then repeat the same lie for consecutive days until the delivery customer had to drive to pick up the package. UPS and USPS never have that same problem, nor does the delivery customer have that problem with UPS or USPS. Once, twice, an inconvenience. All these times — a practice and pattern. Fed Ex deliveries are unreliable. Do not use them.
