Fedex deposited a check that they indicated was not processed and therefore would never be deposited. The order was cancelled after the clerk corrected his statement about delivery times. Three months later, several phone calls, numerous people later, and we still do not have the check. FEDEX refuses to let us speak with management. The person on the phone always says the check is in the mail, when clearly this is not so. Joyce, who works for Alan Graf, CFO refuses to assist us, or tolet us speak with the Mr. Graf.
