Fedex deposited a check that they indicated was not processed and therefore would never be deposited. The order was cancelled after the clerk corrected his statement about delivery times. Three months later, several phone calls, numerous people later, and we still do not have the check. FEDEX refuses to let us speak with management. The person on the phone always says the check is in the mail, when clearly this is not so. Joyce, who works for Alan Graf, CFO refuses to assist us, or tolet us speak with the Mr. Graf. All she says is the check is in the mail. I have spoken with Art, who is supposed to be a supervisor in the customer advocacy unit out of El Paso has promised twice that we will receive our payment, but as of today, we have not received funds. FEDEX has sent us back to the original location twice, indicating that is where the problem will get resolved. I want compensated for the $36.00 as well as a minimum of two labor hours at $25.00 per hour to reimburse me for the several hours I have invested in this matter, additional fuel and long distance calls to Corporate.
