My girlfriend pumped gas for $50. She paid outside using her credit card. When printed receipt shows $60 and shows "indoor prepaid." receipt shows $10 change was due see cashier for refund. She went inside to complain the clerk said it will automatically refund to her card in few days. 2 weeks later still nothing. It seems like a fraud to me. The only way to get the money back is to file a dispute with your c/c company. So much hassle for so less money.
Don't pump gas at that station anymore. As a matter of fact I won't be pumping gas at G&M anymore. After this incident forget that company. I called the number posted on the window of the gas station which was for G&M complaining hotline and left a message they never called me back. Such a bad service.
